Hi
We own 2 identical apartments in the same building and we want to give them "clever" names to differentiate them. For example, apartment A and apartment B isn’t very interesting, "old" and "new" isn’t very attractive etc. We thought of Ying and Yang but the apartments are identical not opposites so it’s not very appropriate. Any ideas?
Thanks for your input!
Are there any sports teams in your area? Like if it was NY you could do Yankees and Mets or something like that.
I have recently gotten a new job and planning to move around the Elverson, PA area. Elverson is like right on the corner where Berks, Chester, and Lancaster counties meet. I was wondering which county had the cheapest rent and if anyone knew of a good apartment complex in that area.
The job is located in Elverson, PA. My budget is not great I am hoping to find a decent one bedroom apartment for under $800.
Chester is expensive. Berks isn’t too bad, especially down that way. Lancaster county isn’t bad either. Unfortunately, Elverson is in the country and country apts are always more expensive.

What is the number one obstacle for people looking for apartments? What is the number one obstacle during apartment searching?
They have bad credit.
I’m looking for an apartment and was trying to find a good site for listings of open apartments for rent in any area.
Web sites are a good place to find an apartment or house to rent, if you want to go through the entire list to find one in your state and then city.
The best place to look for places to rent is to go to the yellow pages of your telephone book, look under property managers.
These individuals list properties for rent in certain areas, so make sure you select the areas in which you wish to rent.
Call several of the property managers listed there, tell them you want a list of properties that they have for rent. Some will fax, email or mail the list of local places to rent along with the address, number of bedrooms and bath rooms, amenities available, such as washer and dryers or gyms, the monthly rental of the unit. Most will include a rental application. These list will include the monthly rental required, if a lease or month to month agreement will be signed. They will also indicate if they will accept Section 8 vouchers.
They might indicate a web site that you might visit to get their list of places to rent. It does not cost to get a rental list from a reputable property manager.
Some will require you to stop by their office and pick up the list. A lot of them post their list outside so the list are available 24/7 360.
Make sure you don’t fall for the scams and purchase a list as 70%-80% of these list are composed of free list they have compiled. They are not the property managers of any property in most instances.
You might also google Property managers in whatever city or community you want to live in and see what comes up. Again do not pay for this information as it is free from reliable property managers.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.
"FIGHT ON"
I am looking for an apartment in Pittsburgh, pa but it seems every site except Craigslist (scamville) lists apartments that are part of a community or a high rise. I would like to rent an apartment in a house or a duplex. Does anyone get what I’m trying to say?
Talk with a realtor, there are tons in that area that assist with renting. And look at real estate sites, they’re not just for buyers, you’ll find lots of options for renters. A lot of home owners don’t like to deal with showing their apt’s or finding the right tenant, they have realtors do it.
I’m trying to rent out my place in Torrance. Where do you personally go a find an apartment in LA such as drive around, which sites you look at on the internet or what printed newspapers or news sites do you use? Thanks for your help.
LA is a big place. It helps to pick a section where you’ll be close to work or school, etc. You can start with a site like this: www.forrent.com/search- href=”http://www.reconciliationcy.org” target=_self>apartments-by-area/CA/Greater-Los-Angeles.php
Just make sure to look up what people say about the apartment here:
