Rent.com is a good place to search. Equity are usually good but a little more costly. The less attractive places are typically in the South or West valley. Don’t go west of the I-17 unless it is North of Thunderbird and don’t go South of Glendale unless you are going all the way into Ahwatukee (Elliot)…or unless you like helicopters flying over head with searchlights.
