The cheaper a place, the less likely they will take the time to advertise on any website. And most who rent in cheap areas are not online looking for a place to live. And if you want the cheapest monthly rates, then your surroundings will reflect that. Here are some nasty areas in the SGV. -El Monte, especially south of the 10 freeway along Durfee Ave or Santa Anita Ave. Or along Valley Blvd and Baldwin Ave. -Baldwin Park, any place along the freeway will be cheap, and so is the value of human life. -Basset(all of it) -Valinda(all of it) -La Puente(most of it) There are many cheap/nasty areas in the following cities.
